About the Role:

An Order Booking Executive (OBE) at artsNprints.com is a hybrid of a salesperson and customer service representative—the first voice and face of the company. You’ll connect with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and chat to help them choose products, place orders, and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to delivery.

This is an “inside sales” position—no fieldwork, no door-to-door. You’ll be working remotely or from our office, interacting with customers and converting leads into happy buyers during our peak customer engagement hours (5–9 PM).

Order Management: More Than Just Taking Orders

  • Engage proactively with incoming leads and follow up with past customers.

  • Guide customers in selecting the right products, providing clear information and pricing.

  • Record order details accurately and update systems in real time.

  • Coordinate with the design and dispatch teams for seamless order flow.

Customer Relationship: Building Trust and Loyalty

  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and product-related questions efficiently.

  • Provide post-sale support and encourage customer referrals.

  • Maintain a polite, professional tone in every interaction.

Sales Support: The Backbone of the Sales Team

  • Qualify leads before forwarding them to senior sales or marketing teams.

  • Track daily performance metrics and meet booking targets consistently.

  • Maintain organized records using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Excel.
